Substance use disorder (SUD) continues to affect employees, families and workplaces across Indiana. Employers play a critical role in both preventing and addressing substance misuse, yet many feel unsure of where to start or how to expand their efforts. The purpose of this event is to empower employers to build supportive, recovery ready workplaces by fostering awareness, reducing stigma and equipping organizations with practical tools and partnerships.
